Questions about Chinese translations

1. How is the procedure to get your services? You can just send us an email and we will contact you giving you a free quote or asking for more information if needed to budget the project. You can also call us. In case of translations, you can send the file if you wish, so as we can give you a complete and final rate.
2. Can I meet personally with you or is everything done online? As you wish. Some projects may perfectly done online, like translations for example, while others, like real estate issues or interpretations, require a personal meeting at some point, so we can agree on a meeting, subject to availability.
3. How can you provide so many different services? We are the product of an ever-growing international partnership, so each partner is specialized in a precise sector, allowing us to provide the best service in a broad array of issues.
4. Is there anything I should know about Chinese translations prior to order? Well, yes. Just in case it is the first translation you order in the Chinese language, you should have in mind that usually Chinese texts are shorter than western ones, so the edition can be tricky, and that western manes for people or locations are not always translated.
5. What do I have to do to write Chinese in my computer? In Windows, you just need to add “Eastern languages” in your Language configuration. You will need a Windows CD/DVD to that update. Then you just type the pinyin and the characters will appear.
6. What is pinyin? It is the official phonetic transcription of every Chinese character, drafted by the Chinese government in 1956 (?) so as to finish the inconsistency that existed until then.
